Domestic Shipping: All items are shipped via UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE MAIL (USPS) – PRIORITY SHIPPING. All items are shipped in PRIORITY MAIL boxes. All shipments come with tracking. You will receive the tracking number once the item is ready for shipment. After the processing time of 1-3 business days, please allow 3-7 business days to receive the item.

International Shipping: Please contact me about international shipping.

Returns: Returns are accepted. A return MUST be initiated within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY, starting from the day the tracking states the item was delivered. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Please send me a message on Etsy within 7 days of receiving the item telling me you wish to return the item. You will be refunded once I receive the item. I do not cover return shipping costs -- the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please return via UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE MAIL ONLY as the item will go to a P.O. Box. Please include tracking on your return shipment – I MUST RECEIVE THE BRACELET BACK BEFORE I CAN ISSUE A RETURN.

You will receive a beautiful, handmade gemstone stretch bracelet lovingly packaged in a kraft gift box and wrapped with twine. Each box includes a romance card that includes fun and interesting information about the respective chakra, gemstone, or symbol. Each box is wrapped with twine. Perfect for gift giving! The box is then wrapped in bubble wrap for safety and placed in a USPS Priority Box for shipping.

Bracelet size typically differs from your actual wrist/arm size, as room is added in to accommodate for bead size.

-Tips for measuring wrist/arm size:
•Measure the area where you want the bracelet to sit on your arm. This is your wrist/arm size.
•Use the chart below, or the chart in the listing pictures, or a chart on a different website to translate your approximate wrist/arm size to approximate bracelet size.
•Look at the bracelets on the models for each listing as a guide.

•GENTLY ROLL ON AND ROLL OFF your bracelet. DO NOT pull it off or on! This will stretch out the cord and may cause the cord to snap from stress.

•POLISH the sterling silver focal bead or charm. Sterling silver can oxidize easily. Each bracelet comes with a complimentary polishing cloth! 😊
